Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026.
Fibzo has no account, no server of its own and no advertising.
The names you add, tonight's scores and your own words stay on your device.
What stays on the device
- The names you add for players, and their scores.
- The words you write for your own pack.
- Which secret words came up recently, so they are not repeated, and your settings.
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
There is no cloud copy to restore.
Anonymous usage data
To learn which games get played and whether rounds get finished, Fibzo sends
a small amount of anonymous usage data to Mixpanel, a product analytics service,
on servers in the European Union. It is:
- two random identifiers made for this installation, one by the app and one by the analytics library; neither is linked to you or your Apple Account, and both are replaced when you switch this off or delete the app;
- events such as the app being opened, a game being started (which game, how many players, how many packs and imposters, which hint setting), a round being finished (which game, which side won, how many players), a game being closed and after how many rounds, your own words being saved (how many, never the words), the unlock screen being shown, a purchase or restore happening, and which onboarding pages were seen;
- the app version, the device model and screen size, whether it is an iPhone or an iPad, the iOS version, and whether it is on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
No name, no word, no email, no location and no advertising identifier.
Location is not derived from your network address. You can switch this off at
any time in Settings under "Share anonymous usage", and nothing else changes.
Speech
The Mafia & Werewolf narrator speaks with the text-to-speech voices built
into iOS, on the device. Fibzo does not use the microphone or the camera.
Purchases
Fibzo Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. We never see your payment
details. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by
Apple's privacy policy.
Changes
If what the app collects ever changes, this page changes first, and the date
at the top moves.
